Abraham S. Mazloumi was raised in the cosmopolitan city of Hamburg, Germany. He studied economics both in Germany and New York, and received his bachelor’s degree from Yeshiva University. Mr. Mazloumi worked five years in the financial sector as a senior analyst in the treasury department of a fortune 500 company. He subsequently earned his juris doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo school of law. Upon graduation from law school Mr. Mazloumi worked for a prominent boutique law firm in New York City, where he focused on transactions involving complex asset protection and estate planning. He went on to found Abraham Mazloumi & Associates in order to use his legal and financial experience to advise his clients on matters involving asset protection, medicaid planning, and trusts and estates planning. Mr. Mazloumi is currently serving as a member of the committee on legal problems of the aging of the New York City bar association. Prior to that he served as a member of the estate and gift taxation committee of the New York City bar association. Mr. Mazloumi is admitted to practice law both in New York and New Jersey. He speaks several languages, is married and has four children.
